Welcome to Visions 2005

As mentioned in the e-mail I sent out, Visions 2005 is going to be a quick overview of available resources, possible project types, and some application skills. The most important part of the three days we have together will be your development of a project proposal. In order to keep your projector at the end of the school year, you will have to attend two follow-up sessions during the school year and share your completed project. Almost a third of the our twelve hours together will be spent working on this proposal and creating a plan as to how you are going to complete it.

This blog-based web site will serve as the hub of information for the social studies strand. Each of you will receive an invitation to join the blog from Blogger.com. Please accept the invitiation and join it. I will be asking you to post your proposal idea at the end of the day on Monday.
